After a well received debut release Kiss My Bass Recordings are proud to present our 2nd full release: Vortech’s genre mash up Wub Steppin’. In tribute to this electro and dubstep flavoured dancefloor rocker we have gone to great lengths to enlist some seriously eclectic talent on remix duty.

Vortech himself has much pedigree in the worldwide techno scene, helming Techment Records under his Vortechtral guise and permeating record boxes from South America to Russia and all in between.

Knob Jockeys provide a full on genre assault with smatterings of dubstep, breaks, house and electro in their spiralling and exciting remix which has already been featured as part of their 10 min minimix on Rusko’s 1 Xtra show. They have also joined label boss Udy in being featured in DJ Mag’s Pick n Mix section.

Filthy Rehab are a serious talent currently causing waves on the fringes of the so called ‘fidget’ scene. What sets these boys apart though is their refusal to be typecast to that sound with a recent bootleg being played by Kiss Sell Out on his Radio 1 show and their remix for Kid Komas currently bothering the Beatport charts.

Coin Operated Boy throws all the rules out of the windows for his dark tech-house style remix. A deep groover with well rounded sounds completes the sheer variety of the official package.

Which brings us to Mr. Vega’s free promo remix. The promo remix of our first release made it out onto the web on release date but obviously bypassed you DJs in the process. This time we bring you this remix bang on time. It’s going to be available for free download all over so feel free to pass it on or indeed blog it if you are affiliated with any. Oh and it’s a totally ace banger too, heavily extracted from the original but with some great techno flavour.
